Andrea Rhoades

Your guiding light

Transform your life with a harmonious relationship between

body, mind, and heart

Who is Andrea?

Through my own life’s journey, I have developed a love and compassion for others who are experiencing high levels of stress and worry. I understand where they are and I want to show them the way out of it to a higher vibration. You can achieve an elevated level of peace.

My training has included the Sage Academy: Elite Mentorship Forum  and Mind Movies Method Personal Transformation & Coaching Academy.

I use meditation, breathing, intuition, an attitude of gratitude and visualization with the help of technology such as brain waves and mind movie. The selection of images and music for your mind movie are selected by you  with my help to ensure the best outcome.

I am bilingual being fluent in English and Spanish.

Many books have also helped me on my path and may help you on yours:

Dale Carnegie – “How to Win Friends and influence People” is a well respected book that has been around awhile.

Another oldie but goody is Napolean Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich”

Dr. Joe Dispenza has a wonderfull book “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself”

I was also highly influenced by “The Original Reiki Handbook of Dr. Mkao Usui” by Dr. Mikao Usui and Frank Arjava Petter.

What are Mind Movies?

Mind Movies were developed by visionary founder Natalie Ledwell who was inspired by a significant gap in the personal development field — there wasn’t a single method that merged the power of the law of attraction with cutting-edge technology. Her method offers a straightforward path to manifest all of your desires and more with minimal resistance.

By using images or videos along with affirmations and music a very powerful way was created to reprogram the subconscious mind to get what you want in a specific area of your life. Mind Movies are a really fun technique that you can use to manifest your desires. Each mind movie is very personalized to each person’s desires and taste.

Limiting beliefs are mental constructs or assumptions that an individual holds, which constrain the way they think, act, and perceive the world. These beliefs often stem from past experiences, cultural conditioning, or societal norms, and they serve to restrict one’s potential by creating self-imposed barriers. Limiting beliefs can manifest as negative thoughts or attitudes about oneself, one’s capabilities, or the nature of possibilities available, ultimately hindering personal growth and success. Recognizing and challenging these beliefs is a critical step towards unlocking one’s true potential and creating change.

Here are some examples:

1. Fear of Failure: Many individuals believe they can’t succeed because they’re afraid of failing. This belief holds them back from trying new things and taking risks.

2.External Control Belief: Some people feel that their circumstances are controlled by external factors and they have little influence over their success. This belief can prevent them from taking responsibility and initiative.

3.Perception of Inadequacy: This belief is the feeling that one is not good enough or worthy of success. It can be deeply ingrained and often manifests in feelings of self-doubt.Fear of Rejection: The fear that others will not accept or approve of them causes some to hold back from opportunities where they might face rejection.

4.I’m Not Ready Yet: Waiting for the perfect moment or feeling of readiness that often never comes. People wait for the right time, circumstances, or feeling of certainty before taking action.

5.I Can’t Speak in Public: A common belief that one cannot effectively communicate in front of others, even in virtual settings, which can hinder business growth and personal development.

These beliefs can hinder progress, but by acknowledging and addressing them, individuals can begin to reframe their thinking and make changes towards a more fulfilling and successful life.

I use Brainwave Entrainment Software: This type of software uses audio and visual stimuli to synchronize brainwave activity to a desired state. listening to binaural beats or specific sound frequencies can encourage brainwaves to align with the frequency associated with relaxation or focus.

We will first identify and define your goals and intentions for the session.

This will help to design an effective response and outcome to the main topics of your session. This also provides a roadmap for you, ensuring that all necessary content is covered in an organized manner. Practical Applications include breathing, tapping and affirmations along with time for questions and feedback. This process can uncover areas that need further clarification and will lead to improved future sessions. We close with a Call to Action that encourages you to implement what you have learned during the session.

I have two packages to choose from:

4 sessions for $444

12 sessions for $1140 – this one is completed over a 3 month period.

Our weekly session run from 45 minutes to an hour.
